Scandinavian
NephroUrolithiasis Group (SNUG) is a collaboration group under the aegis of the
Scandinavian Association of Urology. The group deals with scientific,
educational and practical issues regarding urinary stone disease in the
Scandinavian region. The group has published guidelines for classification of
stones in the upper urinary tract and guidelines for metabolic evaluation and
medical management of urolithiasis. The group is active in promoting basic and
clinical research in the field of urolithiasis.
Stone Courses Organizing Committee (SCOC) organizes theoretical and practical
courses.
